An image of a soap dish which transports you back in time, to an era of unattached plugs, cracked soap, a nail brush and an out of place cork. Vintage interior photograph from Richard Heeps series Ordinary Places. It was Richard's first colour collection and was shot between 1986-1991, and it instantly won acclaim with an exhibition at The Photographer's Gallery. The collection has toured around the country exhibiting in many museums and galleries, being appreciated for Richard's unique aspect of capturing England on the brink of change. In 2016, he released a new edition of 25 printed in 11" x 11" to celebrate 30 years of his career, they were shown as part of his 30 Year Retrospective at MIA Photo Fair Milan.

This artwork is a limited edition gloss photographic print, presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame made professionally in the UK, framed prints are dry-mounted to aluminium. It is signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
