Artworks are hand made to order and take 1-4 weeks to make. If your purchase is a gift (birthday etc.) being sent directly to the recipient and required by a certain date or if you need an artwork urgently please do get in touch. We always try to meet your desired deadline even if it is required the next day.
Our shipping partners are FEDEX, DHL and Anglian Couriers.
Deliveries in the England will either be sent with FEDEX on a next day service (at times we may use other carriers), or with our private courier in which case we will arrange a delivery date and window with you.
Deliveries to America take 1-5 working days. Artwork deliveries from the UK to US are currently exempt from Tariffs.
Deliveries to the EU take 1-10 working days (latest delivery times have been 2 days).
Deliveries Worldwide take 1-10 working days.
The carrier will have your email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery service to you. International deliveries may be subject to import taxes. We do everything to reduce the prospect of import taxes but at times it is out of our control.
We have a wealth of experience packing and delivering artworks to all over the world and we hope that the care we take ensures that you receive it safely.
In our studio we follow a Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Environmental Policy. The packaging used to wrap your order may have been reused and we encourage you to consider if you can do the same.
