All artworks are handmade to order in our studio so we ask that purchases are carefully considered and not casually bought with the prospect of return in mind.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide if you are happy with your artwork or to return it.
Changes and returns are accepted proving the artwork has not been damaged and returned packaged as instructed.
Once we confirm the good condition, you will be refunded minus initial delivery cost (and return cost if applicable).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card, within a certain amount of days.
