The saturated blue sky and the seductive milkshakes make you feel as if you are sitting in the car at this "Americana style" Roadhouse in Welkom, South Africa. It is typical of Richard's work in that it has a sense of a nostalgic journey, a road trip where you have stopped with your family at this independent restaurant surrounded by palm trees.

The artwork is a limited edition gloss photographic print from negative. When framed the print is dry-mounted to aluminium, presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame handmade professionally in the UK. It is signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
