From Richard Heeps series, 'A Short History of Milan' which began in November 2018 for a special project featuring at the Affordable Art Fair Milan 2019 and the series is ongoing. There is a reoccurring linear, structural theme throughout the series, capturing the Milanese use of materials in design such as glass, metal, wood and stone. Richard has a strong connection to Northern Italy from printing his books in Verona, and he has visited Milan to exhibit many times. The work here is a series he has been sketching ideas for for a while, and is excited to release his first Italian body of work, capturing the spirit of Milan. It sits alongside his Hong Kong, Vietnam and New York series, which depict the colour, fabric and structure of cities with distinct style.

This listing is for four individually framed artworks.

Each measures 41h x 47w x1.5d cm |16"h x 18.5"w x 1.5"d.

Each artwork is a limited edition of 25 gloss photographic print, dry-mounted to aluminium, presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame. It is signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
